1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and ph2221 ("ph2221," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph2221 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ph2221.club and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the ph2221 Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Eligibility & Registration
3.1 Age Requirement

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
The ph2221 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. 3.3 Registration Information

3.4 One Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ph2221 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or any other person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4 Account Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ph2221 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You agree to notify ph2221 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.
4.2 Account Activity
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. ph2221 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or have shared your credentials with another person.
4.3 Inactive Accounts
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ph2221 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, subject to prior written notice to the registered email address. Accounts will not be charged below a zero balance.
4.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph2221 live support. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Supported Payment Methods
ph2221 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Instapay, and PESONet bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ph2221 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions. Available payment methods may change at ph2221's discretion with notice provided via the Platform.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise imposed by ph2221 for account verification or risk management purposes. ph2221 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph2221 reserves the right to request KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.
5.4 Withdrawal to Original Source
ph2221 applies a withdrawal-to-source policy where practicable, meaning winnings will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure. Where the original source is unavailable, ph2221 may require additional verification before processing to an alternative method.
5.5 Right to Verify
ph2221 reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal for up to five (5) business days for the purpose of conducting identity verification, fraud prevention checks, or compliance review. Players will be informed of any delay and the documentation required to complete the verification process.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ph2221 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published in the individual promotion description. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired uncompleted bonus funds will be removed from the Account without notice.
6.3 Game Contributions
Not all game types contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the rollover, while live dealer games, sports betting, fishing games, and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.4 Bonus Abuse
ph2221 prohibits the use of bonuses in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse"). ph2221 reserves the right to void bonuses, remove associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of exploitation of the promotional system.
7 Gameplay Rules
7.1 Game Integrity
All games offered on the ph2221 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and random outcomes. ph2221 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no mechanism to do so after game certification. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are those provided by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information panel.
7.2 Technical Malfunction
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round, the affected round may be voided and all wagers refunded to the player's Account. ph2221 will not honor bets or payouts that result from obvious technical errors, software bugs, or any condition that produces outcomes inconsistent with normal game operation. ph2221's decision on the treatment of affected rounds is final.
7.3 Disputed Results
If you dispute the outcome of a game round, you must contact ph2221 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. ph2221 will investigate using available server logs and game records. ph2221's determination following investigation is final and binding, subject to the escalation process described in Section 14.
8 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph2221 Platform:
- Registering while under 21 years of age or while located in a restricted jurisdiction;
- Opening or operating more than one Account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
- Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploitation must be reported to ph2221 and will be voided;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2221 staff or other platform users;
- Allowing or facilitating another person to use your Account.
Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9 Responsible Gaming
ph2221 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on the Platform. We recognize that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity.
9.1 Player Tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph2221 players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

10 Intellectual Property
All content on the ph2221 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, and video ("Content"), is the property of ph2221 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of ph2221 or the relevant rights holder. Any unauthorized use of the Platform's Content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph2221 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, network failures, or force majeure events.
ph2221's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph2221's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12 Privacy & Data Protection
ph2221 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph2221 uses your personal data to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC and AML checks, provide customer support, send promotional communications where you have opted in, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. ph2221 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

13 Amendments to These Terms
ph2221 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulation.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your Account before the effective date without penalty.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph2221's customer support to seek resolution of the dispute informally. ph2221 is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. Unresolved complaints may also be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Desk in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
